3 nights 4-star hotel
3 nights B&B accommodation at a 4-star hotel 1 minute from the circuit is included (based on 2 riders sharing a room). Extra nights & non-riding guests (£45pppn) and single occupancy rooms (£25pn) available at extra cost.
Return transport from the UK
Bikes & kit transported in our custom-made steel cradles. Free bike drop-off/collection at Sandy in Beds., or drop-off at one of our other collection points nationwide at extra cost.
3 track days with garage space
3 days riding – 21-23 Nov 26 – with live timing, use of transponder, free access to your lap times, shared garage space (with power & light) and groups arranged by lap times.

Planning to ride more than 1 or 2 events this winter?
We can store your bike at Almeria and provide onward transport from the store to any of the events on our extensive list – this provides access to many different dates at various circuits such as Almeria, Andalucia, Valencia, Aragon, Jerez, Portimao, Barcelona, Montebalnco & Cartagena.
Club TS 2026/27 winter season options
Leave your bike in our secure store from Oct to April. We can then transport it to any of our events in Spain or Portugal. This provides access to over 100 track days over the winter season, with no bike drop-off or collection required – you simply fly and ride! Silver & Gold membership also includes UK bike transport (out in Oct and return late April).

Do I need special medical insurance?
Yes. Repatriation and track-specific medical insurance is compulsory for all track days in Spain and Portugal. We provide full guidance and trusted provider contact details upon booking.
What can I fit in the transport cradle with my bike?
Your bike will be securely strapped into a purpose-built steel cradle with a solid base. Items are then placed in the cradle around the bike (full instructions provided). There's room for leathers, helmet, boots, stands & warmers, folding chair, a couple of tyres, and more. Larger items that don't fit can be transported separately at extra cost – large bags or toolboxes £20, and spare wheels £10 each for example.
How do I pay and secure my place?
Email info@tracksense.co.uk or submit the form above. A non-refundable £295 deposit secures your booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before the event. Payments are handled via secure bank transfer (we do not take cards).

The nearest airports with driving times to the circuit are Seville (55 min), Gibraltar (1 hr 15 min), Malaga (2 hr 15 min) and Faro (2 hr 55 min).
