Pilot Power (PP)
This hyper-sport tyre is the softest tyre in its class,
but despite that, it lasts very well (we’ve
seen a rear on an R1 that has covered 3000 road miles,
and a rear on a GSXR1000 that has done 8 trackdays!).
Ultra-fast warm-up (ideal for track riders not using
tyre warmers), and amazingly good in the wet. An excellent
choice for fast road & track use.
Pilot Power 2CT (2CT) A dual compound
version of the Pilot Power, with a softer compound
on the edges for extra grip when cornering.
Power Race (PR) A road-legal race
tyre with Moto GP derived multi-compound technology.
User-friendly with good stability and incredible grip.
Available in soft, medium-soft & medium compounds.
Ideal for racers & fast/intermediate trackday
riders.
Track Day Slicks (TDS) A stable,
user-friendly introduction to riding on slicks. Only
available in medium compound though, so consider Clubman
or Racing Slicks for 750cc plus machines if the temperature
is high and the circuit is abrasive.
17 Inch Clubman Slicks (CS) Medium/hard
slicks that are designed to last for a whole club
race weekend (practice + 6 to 8 races).
17 Inch Racing Slicks (RS) & Wets (WET)
Racing slicks available in soft, medium-soft, medium-hard
& hard compounds. Wets are for full wet conditions
only (use Pilot Power or Power Race for intermediate
conditions).
16½ inch slicks & wets are subject to availability
(contact us for details).
Supermoto (SM) For Supermoto racing,
but also used for other low-powered machines (e.g.
400cc). Fast warm-up and a semi-slick design that
can be cut to suit the conditions.
