payment options . . .

We can accept the following forms of payment (all payments are in Pounds Sterling):

Credit card – Visa & Mastercard only. A non-refundable extra charge of 2% applies for all payments by credit card (no charge for debit cards). Card details can be taken over the phone, by fax, or by post (do not email credit card details to us).

Debit card – Switch, Maestro, Delta or Solo only. Card details can be taken over the phone, by fax, or by post (do not email your dedit card details to us).

Cheque – Cheques (payable to Track Sense) can be accepted for all payments as long as the cheque is sent to us by first class post at least 2 weeks before the event. Please contact us to confirm availability before sending payment.

Bank transfer – We can accept payment by bank transfer if you are booking at least 2 weeks in advance. Contact us for more info.

Cash – We accept payment in cash, but only by prior arrangement. Do not send cash in the post.

In all cases, you booking is not confirmed until we have received the required payment (no payment = no booking). See TERMS & CONDITIONS for more info on payment terms etc.

Please note that for security reasons we do not keep credit/debit card details on file.
