For our Jerez trackdays, you can choose a fixed wrap-up price for trackdays,
fully-insured bike transport & hotel (with other options at extra cost if
you want them), or if the fixed wrap-up deal doesn’t suit your needs,
you can simply select the options you require from the list below and add them
up to arrive at your overall price.
In all cases a deposit of £199 per rider is required when you book, and
the final payment is due 1 month before the event. The relevant pages of our
website have more information for each of the options…
WRAP-UP PRICE
3 trackdays, fully-insured bike transport & 3 nights 4 star hotel £749
per rider
The wrap-up price is based on 2 riders sharing a 4 star hotel room.
Non-riders are welcome – the only cost for non-riders is the hotel (see
below for prices)
4 star single occupancy room (3 nights) £90 extra
Extra nights in the hotel and upgrades to the 5 star hotel are available –
all you pay is the difference in the hotel costs (see below for prices).
Bike hire instead of bike transport £580 extra
Deposit (payable when you book) = £199. The balance is due 1 month before
the event.
1.5% extra for credit cards, no charge for debit cards
TRACKDAYS ONLY
2 days (Friday & Saturday only) £319 per rider, all 3 days £399
per rider.
FULLY INSURED BIKE TRANSPORT
£249 per bike from the main depot at Kemble (approx 20 minutes northwest
of Swindon). Optional collections are available at other locations. See bike

BIKE HIRE
2 days £599 + £500 damage deposit, all 3 days £829 + £500
damage deposit. See bike hire page for more info.
4 STAR & 5 STAR HOTELS (all prices include breakfast)
4 star twin/double room £45 per person per night, 4 star single room £75
per night.
5 star twin/double room £65 per person per night, 5 star single room £115
per night.
2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment on 5 star complex (sleeps up to 4 people):
Single occupancy £120 per night
2 sharing £80 per person per night
3 sharing £56 per person per night
4 sharing £49 per person per night
