All of our trackdays have totally flexible options… We
don’t try to force you into a complete “package”
because not all the elements of the package will suit you. Flights
are a prime example… if you live in Manchester, you won’t
want to fly out of Gatwick will you? So we allow you to sort out
your own flights, and it just so happens that doing things this
way reduces the overall cost as well.
All of the services we provide are optional… You just pick
the ones you want, and that’s all you pay for.
It really is very easy to do 3 trackdays in Spain with us for
£700 or less (that includes flights, hotel, car rental,
trackdays & bike transport)… Just use some of the money-saving
tips below, and click here
to print off a cost calculator. Then visit the relevant areas
of our site, filling in the blanks as you go. Add it all up, and
hey presto, you have your total.
The total cost of your trip will comprise up to 5 optional elements.
Here’s how to save you money on all of them:
1. TRACKDAYS:
Each event you book with us will earn you loyalty bonus points,
and these points will fairly quickly result in you being issued
with a £50 voucher (see HOME for more info).
Top tip – Don’t forget that every
single day you do with us is effectively earning you £10
off a future event (and that’s £30 earned for a typical
3-day event). So don’t flit from one organiser to another,
don’t loose the vouchers we send you, and make sure you
use them! You don’t mislay many £50 notes do you?
So keep your vouchers safe and use them before they expire!
2. BIKE TRANSPORT:
Top tip – Have you considered hiring a
bike instead of using your own? The savings on bike transport,
tyres, etc. are substantial, and it can make bike hire a pretty
cost effective option (click on BIKE HIRE for more info).
Top tip – Have you considered sharing a
bike with a friend who is on the same trip, but running in a different
group? That way, you could split the costs of bike transport.
3. HOTEL:
Top tip – Twin rooms are cheaper than singles,
so share a room if you can (non-riders are more than welcome).
Top tip – At Jerez, we have a very good
2 star hotel on the outskirts of town (just 2 minutes from the
city centre), and it is a fraction of the cost of the 4 star.
You’ll save up to £100 on per event if you use the
cheaper hotel, and it is no flea-pit either; it’s only a
couple of years old, the en-suite rooms are superb, and it is
clean & comfortable. Likewise, there is a cheaper 3 star hotel
option for Almeria as well.
4. CAR RENTAL:
Top tip – Our car rental includes unlimited
mileage, zero excess, one extra driver free of charge, and there
are no cleaning charges etc. like you get with some other “low
cost” rental companies. Always look at the big picture because,
by the time you’ve added all the surcharges, low cost is
often not low cost at all.
Top tip – Sharing a car with others on
the same trip not only saves a bit on the car rental, it also
saves a lot on fuel as well. So get yourselves organised, and
book all of your group on the same flights so you can all share
a car. We even have 9 seat minibuses for larger groups, so the
savings can be considerable.
FLIGHTS:
Top tip – Book early! This is the single
biggest cost-saver by a long way. Flights can be had for £40
return if you book early, and the same flights can be £240
return if you book late (see FLIGHT ADVICE for more info).
Top tip – Most low cost airlines have an
email database that you can join. They will email you as soon
as their schedule for the next few months is released, and you
can get straight on the net and bag yourself a bargain.
