per bike per mile based on the round-trip mileage from Lightwater

a bike from the same address.

We offer trackday/race tyres (Michelin & Pirelli, see 'Tyres'
page for more info), and we have fully equipped mechanics with
tools, tyre changing equipment, oils, brake fluid & some spares
etc. at the circuit (see 'Services' page for more info). You can
normally take a set of leathers in your luggage on the plane and
still be under the weight limit of 15 to 25kg (allowable weights
depend on which airline you use), and helmets can normally be
taken as hand luggage. So for most people there is no real need
to transport any additional items with you bike, but if you would
still like to do this, please be note the following…
ADDITIONAL ITEMS TRANSPORTED IN THE CRADLE WITH YOUR
BIKE: You can transport some additional items in the
cradle with your bike if you want to. However, large kit bags,
and boxes of spares/tools etc. will not normally fit, and we cannot
accept responsibility for any additional items that you may choose
to transport in the cradle with your bike. If you decide to transport
additional items in the cradle with your bike, we recommend that
these items are limited to one small to medium-sized holdall for
leathers, boots & gloves, and up to two spare tyres (paddock
stands may also fit inside the cradle with your bike, but it does
depend on the size & type of stands you have). Additional
items (that is anything transported in the cradle with your bike)
are carried your own risk, and we accept no responsibility for
their security & safety, or for any damage they may do to
your bike. Such items are transported and/or stored entirely at
the owner’s request, and entirely at the owner’s risk.
MOTORCYCLE TRANSPORT INSURANCE: Our legal liability
for the loss or damage of bikes (and additional items stored in
a pallet hired from us) whilst in transit and in store is fully
insured. We assume liability for goods in transit under CMR conditions
(Carriage of Goods by Road Act 1965) extended, where requested
and recorded on the shipping manifest form, to the full value
of your bike, and that of additional items if transported in a
pallet hired from us, and further extended to cover Act of God
and circumstances which we cannot avoid and the consequences of
which we are unable to prevent. In the unlikely event of a mishap,
the amount of any claim will be based on the actual market value
of your bike and any additional items that are transported in
pallets hired from us (i.e. your estimated value will not apply
unless it represents the actual market value). We will store bikes
in secure premises prior to transportation, and whilst awaiting
collection in the UK, but WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR:
Additional items transported in the cradle with your bike; bikes
transported with ignition keys (you must remove the key); items
not properly listed & described on the relevant shipping manifest
form; items not properly & clearly labelled with the owner’s
name; items not properly & securely packed; bikes and/or items
prior to the official/agreed drop off date, and/or after the official/agreed
collection date.
